Is it really necessary for us to send you a demo?
It's not necessary, but sitting around on the internet listening to bands isn't how we like to pass our time. Want to be set apart from the other 200 bands sending requests to listen to their band on myspace? Send a demo and you'll be one of the very few bands that take time to send something through the mail and it will get played for sure.

I do a zine and want to review your releases, can you send me some promos?
We'd be happy to, send an email to promo AT panicrecords DOT net with all the information about your website or zine and we'll check it out and add it to our promo list if we thinks it's legit.
Order Questions:
Do I need Paypal to use the store?
No, you can pay by either paypal or mailorder. For mailorders, use the store and proceed to checkout with what you want to buy. You will then select a payment method. If you would like to pay using Cash, select the Check/Money Order option. After you check out, print a copy of your confirmed order and mail it to this address: Panic Records P.O.Box 23306 Seattle, WA 98102r U.S.A. Cashiers Checks or Money Orders only, NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Please make payable to Timm McIntosh. Your order will not ship until payment has been received.
When will my order ship?
We try to process and ship all orders within a day or two after we receive them. We can't guarantee that it will ship within 1 or 2 days after you place your order, we just try to make it happen. With that said, you should expect your order within 1 to 3 weeks after placing it, depending on where you live.rn
I did the pre-order. Can you get this to me by ________ date?
There is no pre-determined date for pre-orders to ship. They are usually shipped before the release date. It all depends on when the release is back from the press. In most cases when you pre-order one of our releases you are getting a special deal that comes with something extra. The release date is set and your pre-order will either ship before or on the release date.

Why does it cost so much to ship to my country?
Our shipping prices are not that much different than what other US Independent labels are charging.
We try to keep the shipping prices as low as possible with adding very little for handling. Check around, you'll see that our shipping and handling prices are the same or less than labels like Deathwish, Bridge 9, Revelation, etc. Our releases are available from Green Hell in Europe and this can help with shipping costs if you order from them.
If you have a serious problem with how much something is going to cost to ship to you, please send an email and we'll do our best to work something out with you. Otherwise, YES, IT DOES COST THAT MUCH TO SHIP TO YOU.
