Do I need Paypal to use the store?
No, you can pay by either paypal or mailorder. For mailorders, use the store and proceed to checkout with what you want to buy. Go through the complete checkout process. At Step 3 - Order Confirmation, Print this screen and mail it with your payment total to:

I sent a Money Order/Cash/Cashiers Check for a record, why didn't I get the most limited color?
It's not guaranteed that by the time your Money Order/Cash/Cashiers Check reaches us, we'll still have the record on the most limited crucial vinyl that we had at the time you were hanging on our webstore. We're sorry, we have no idea when your payment is going to show up and we can't hold orders for anyone. Some people have had us hold vinyl for them...and 3 months later they decide to send in their order. Want to have a better chance of getting that limited vinyl? Get a credit card/debit card or do an echeck with PayPal and you'll have a better chance of making money on Ebay later on in life.

When will my order ship?
I try to process and ship all orders within a day or two after I receive them. Panic Records is very small...actually, Panic Records is one person...with that said...you should expect your order within 1 to 3 weeks after placing it. Keep in mind that USPS has to get the package to you, just because it's shipped the day after you ordered it, doesn't mean that the mailman is sprinting to your house to drop it on your doorstep. 1 to 3 weeks is about standard for delivery.

When will Pre-Orders Ship?
There is no pre-determined date for pre-orders. As soon as they are back from the pressing plant, you will be sent yours, this is usually before the release date. That means you will get it before anyone else...unless they have pre-ordered it too.

Hey, I placed an order on Monday and it's Wednesday now, when is this going to ship?
Well since you're being a little impatient. It'll probably ship in a couple weeks.

Hey, Its been 2 weeks, wheres my order?
1st...read "When will my order ship?" 2nd...check the email that you used for Paypal, its possible that an email was sent to you regarding your order and you havent responded. Check your spam folder too, might have ended up in there. We're not spamming you though. Get us out of there man. 3rd...Im only one guy...cut me some slack. Sometimes life gets in the way and I get backed up. It's more than likely 1st or 2nd though, I don't have a life.

Why does it cost so much to ship to my country?
Our shipping prices are not that much different than what other US Independent labels are charging. We try to keep the shipping prices as low as possible with adding very little for handling. Check around, you'll see that our shipping and handling prices are the same or less than labels like Deathwish, Bridge 9, Revelation, etc. Our releases are available from a lot of distributors around the world and this can help with shipping costs if you order from them. If you have a serious problem with how much something is going to cost to ship to you, please send an email and we'll do our best to work something out with you. Otherwise, YES, IT DOES COST THAT MUCH TO SHIP TO YOU.
