Please read the below before sending an email:
Because I get bombarded with emails about some of the below frequently asked questions. I thought a FAQ page on the contact us page would be a good idea.
If your question IS answered in the FAQ below, please save yourself the time of emailing me, your email will go unanswered because I already answered it here.
If your question is NOT answered below, I will email you back as soon as I have the time.
You don't need to send me multiple emails about the same thing. I got the first one...I am just one dude running Panic Records and can't take care of email every minute of the day.
1. Did you get my email that I sent you 2 hours ago? I haven't gotten a reply.
Yes, I got your email. No need to send me another one in 2 more hours. I'm working as hard as I can with the allotted 24hrs that are given to me in the day. I will email you back as soon as I possibly can. It might not be today, but be patient, I will get back to you. I promise.
2. What color vinyl do you have for a certain record?
If it's a distro item...I don't know. I'm not going to peak into the records to find out for you. I don't have the time to open records and email you back to let you know that it's on crucial red vinyl. The only thing I know is that I ordered colored vinyl from the distributor, so it's colored vinyl. If it's a Panic release and it doesn't have a SOLD OUT in red letters next to the color of vinyl...it's still in stock and you can request that color in your order.
3. I ordered a record but I can't find the download link...help.
Log into your account and go to order history, click on the order and there should be a link there to download the record. If you didn't get a download link (small glitch with the webstore that's being worked on) I will take care of you as soon as I can.
4. I placed an order ___ days/weeks ago and haven't received a confirmation that it's been shipped. Has it been shipped?
This question answers itself. If you didn't get an email notification, it probably hasn't shipped. Or maybe the email notification ended up in your spam box and you missed it. Either way, you can login to your account and check the status of your order at any time.
5. I received an email confirmation that my order shipped, but I still haven't received it. What's going on with my order?
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. I run Panic Records and not the USPS. I have absolutely no control on how long they will take to deliver your package. We are all at the mercy of the USPS. Once it leaves my hands...it's in their hands and they're the ones to complain to about how long it's taking for them to drop it on your doorstep. I can't do anything about it. If your package is returned to me, I'll notify you right away.
6. Please check out my band, we just recorded and are looking for a label to put it out.
Send me an actual press kit. If you don't have the time, energy or drive to put a package together and go to the post office and send it off, I don't have the time, energy or drive to put out your record. You aren't working hard enough to be on this label. I work hard on Panic Records for the bands that are a part of this. If you're not going to work as hard as I am for YOUR band, I'm not going to care about YOUR band. You can send music, lyrics, tour history and something about your band to:
Panic Records

I like getting mail and seeing what a band has to offer other than a mp3 of their band. I can't hold a mp3, I can't read a mp3, I don't care about a mp3. I'm old school and actually like holding a record/cd. I also like hearing new bands.
If your question is not answered above, feel free to email me and I'll get to you as soon as I can. Sometimes it will take me a couple of days...again, just one guy trying to take care of everything that I can. Once this label actually makes money and I can afford to hire someone to come help me out with this...I will do it. Until then, it's just me. So please, cut me some slack and be nice. If you're a jerk to me, expect I'm going to be the same way back to you.
Thanks for your support of Panic Records and the bands.
Take care.
